Alejandra drove and was responsible for achieving HSEQ certification for High-Risk Solutions in 2016, and not satisfied with this, she also implemented a Business Management system (ERP). This has left HRS well placed not just to secure work from local industry but also to work with and manage the company remotely.

Tom has extensive scaffolding experience,  having worked extensively in Australia;  started Supervision about 16 years ago; Tom brings with him a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of scaffolding in maintenance environments with a keen interest in the fact that teamwork delivers results.

Admin Manager

Kandy is a key member of the HRS team and brings with her almost 20 years of experience and knowledge from within the industrial/construction administration sector.
Kandy has been an integral part of HRS's growth. As the overseer of all administration/financial functions, Kandy strives to ensure these operations run efficiently.

Kaitlyn Stratford

Kaitlyn is a vital member of the HRS team; within two years of working with us, she learnt our procedures and embraced our culture.

Kaitlyn manages the HR department and is keen to be in a management role soon.  She has been an employee of the month on different occasions as she takes ownership and works towards running operations smoothly.

Sarah is the newest administration team member to come on board with High-Risk Solutions. As the Junior Administrator, Sarah is eager to learn as much as possible in the early stages of her career and is currently completing a CIII in Business Administration with HRS.
