Safety - Let's do better

High Risk Solutions (HRS) is honoured to bring to Central Queensland, Patrizia Cassaniti the founder of "Touched by Christopher Foundation" This is an event no one should miss, as there will be no more powerful message regarding Safety that anyone could possibly deliver.

In April 2019  Christopher Cassaniti, 18, lost his life when a nine-storey scaffolding tower collapsed on top of him and a workmate at a building site in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

He was trapped under the heavy rubble with his mate, fellow tradie, Khaled Wehbe, and the two held hands for twenty minutes.

Unfortunately, the message is born of an unimaginable tragedy,  that Patrizia wishes to prevent happening to any other person, and family. No family should have to go through the unfathomable pain that the Cassaniti family experienced. All of us will benefit from hearing Christopher's story, as without exception we all play a part in preventing things such as this happening again.

Touched by Christopher Foundation

Patrizia has started a foundation in Christopher’s memory, titled ‘Touched by Christopher’. According to the foundation’s website, its “mission is to help grieving families who have suffered a loss while on the job in the NSW construction industry with financial assistance available within the first week from the date of loss”.
