QUALITY POLICY HRS - POL - QA 002.0 Document Name and Reference Date Effective Version Set Review Planned Review Page HRS - POL - QA 002.0 Quality Policy 01/04/2018 2 3 yearly 01/04/2021 1 of 1 High Risk Solutions ( HRS ) provides the following service activities: • Scaffolding S ervices; G ear H ire and L abour • Rigging HRS Management place s particular emphasis on the commitment and competency of its employees to continually improve all service delivery processes and on the expertise and reliability of its main suppliers. Our quality management system demands effective and timely responses from our management t eam in order to achieve customer satisfaction. HRS determines “quality” by: • Monitoring of our own internal management systems and procedures through internal auditing; • Regularly assessing our customers ’ needs and expectations; and • Analysing customer feedback. Initially the following quality objectives have been selected: - • To fully understand the needs and expectations of our customers. • To deliver services to our customers on time , that meet the standard s prescribed in relevant agreements or contracts. • To instil a culture of “quality” throughout the company by providing appropriate training and development of our employees • To ensure that our quality management system meets the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and that we comply with any relevant statutory/legal requirements. We will regularly monitor the performance of the management system by undertaking internal audits and by reviewing the progress made towards the implementation of individual quality objec tives. This Qualit y Policy is endorsed by the Company’s Managing Director and all of the management team to confirm their personal commitment to maintaining a high level of safety in all aspects of the operations for all employees and the public.
