OHS POLICY HRS - POL - OHS 002.0 Document Name and Reference Date Effective Version Set Review Planned Review Page HRS - POL - OHS 002.0 Fatigue and Occupational Hygiene Policy Policy 02/05/2018 2 3 yearly 02/05/2021 1 of 1 FATIGUE HRS recognises the significance of excess fatigue as a risk to employees’ health and safety and has implemented a fatigue management program that considers the influence of:  Work roster review and design;  Travel to and from work;  Inadequate sleep;  Excessive hours of work;  Work stress and home stress; and  Additional employment and other outside activities. HRS will provide ongoing education and assistance to employees to address fatigue. OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE SURVEYS Where required , HRS will organise and implement occupational hygiene surveys to detect and measure workplace contaminants. Such surveys may result in advice on control measures and/or personal protection to ensure employee exposure is avoided, or at least reduc ed to within n ational and international limits. Areas that may be subject to survey include ventilation, air - conditioning, water, noise dust and other airborne particulates. David Nunn Managing Director
