Document Name and Reference Date Effective Version Set Review Planned Review HRS - POL - BM 001.0 Code of Conduct Policy Policy 21/03/2018 2 yearly 21/03/2019 B USINESS POLICY HRS - POL - BM - 001. 0 CODE OF CONDUCT All employees of High R isk S olutions P ty Ltd (HRS ) are expected to observe the highest standards of ethics, integrity and behaviour during the course of their employment. The standards expected of you as an employee include the following : • Conducting business in an open and accountable way; • C ompl y ing with all HRS policies, procedures, rules, regulations and contracts; • C ompl y ing with all reasonable and legal instructions from your manager and supervisor ; • C onduct ing your work as a ‘team player’ and assisting co - workers as required; • B e ing honest and fair in dealings with clients , co - workers, management and the general public; • O bserv ing health and safety rules; • Not giving, offering, promising, accepting, requesting or authorising a bri b e, whether directly or indirectly; • Not making any unauthorised statements to the media about HRS business or clients ; • Not fight ing with anyone in the workplace; • Not engaging in any sexual or other unlawful harassment in the workplace; • Not taking or having i n your possession any drugs or alcohol in the workplace ; ( Limited alcohol may be provided by us from time to time for your consumption on our premises. ) • Not wilfully damag ing HRS equipment; ( W ilful damage may result in damage d equipment being repaired or replaced by person responsible) Employee breaches of our Code of Conduct will be subject to HRS employee disciplinary policy.
