Document Name and Reference Date Effective Version Set Review Planned Review 20/4/2019 Page 2 of 2 HRS - POL - HR 005.0 Client - Employee Relationship Policy 20/4/2018 1 1 year You may not use any work computer, software, e - mail or the Internet to do any of the following things: • View or send unlawful material such as pornography, hate, discriminatory or other offensive material. • Breach or infringe our copyright or the copyright of any of our related entities, or of any other business, person or entity. • Bring HRS into disrepute. • Do anything unlawful (e.g. commit fraud). • Conduct business for your own gain or profit. • Perform tasks that are not directly related to your employment with our business. • Intentionally perform any act to degrade the performance of any system forming part of the Internet, or disrupt users of any such system. • Gain or seek to gain unauthorised access to other information s ystems, communication devices, resources or entities. • Steal data or intellectual property. • Access Internet sites dedicated to personal, dating, escort services or mail - order marriages (including, but not limited to, Internet chat rooms, MSN. MySpace, Faceb ook etc.). • Perform any act that places an unnecessary burden on our Communications’ Internet resources. This is not an exclusive list of unacceptable use. It is merely provided as a guideline. This policy is to be read in conjunction with our Computer Use, Email and Internet Policy. If you breach this policy you will be subject to our disciplinary policy and/or in certain circumstances conduct that is deemed to be serious misconduct will result in immediate dismissal. Laptop computers issued re main the property of HRS. The laptop computer is provided so that you may perform the duties of your position. The laptop computer is for work related use and private usage is only permitted if authorised by HRS in writing, and must comply with the businesses Computer Use, Email and Internet Policy. Laptop computers may be monitored or audited from time to time to ensure compliance with this policy. Lost or broken Laptop’s: You are responsible for the laptop computer and must treat it with the same d egree of care you treat your own possessions. If the Laptop Computer is lost, damaged or unable to be used, you must report that to your Manager or Supervisor as soon as possible. If loss of, or damage to, the laptop computer is attributable to your neglig ence, HRS may require you to pay for the cost of repairs to, or replacement of, the laptop computer. Termination of employment: On termination of your employment, you must return the laptop (as well as any battery chargers or other accessories HRS supplied ) to your Manager or Supervisor. All data and documents that are provided/designed or developed as part of your employment with HRS belong in both electrical and hard form to HRS (and rests as HRS Intellectual property.) Removal or use of these documents without written permission of HRS) will result in legal action being taken . David Nunn Managing Director

OHS POLICY HRS - POL - HR 00 5 .0 Document Name and Reference Date Effective Version Set Review Planned Review Page HRS - POL - HR 005.0 Client - Employee Relationship Policy 20/04/2018 1 1 year 20/04/2019 1 of 2 CLIENT / EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP POLICY H igh Risk Solutions (H RS ) supports the existence of professional boundaries relating to client/employee professional relationships. At all times it is expected that you will treat our clients with respect, honesty and integrity. Behaviours that would be considered inappropriate wo uld include: • Abuse, violence or harassment of a client. • Any form of relationship that could constitute a conflict of interest for you and have the potential to bring either you or our business or our related entities into disrepute. • Any relationship with a client that could compromise the employee/client relationship. • Disclosing to any person any information concerning the clients of our business, except where we authorise the disclosure or the disclosure is required by law. Client Visiting Procedures From time to time you may be required to visit our clients’ premises (home or workplace) in the performance of your duties. When doing so, you are to be mindful of your personal safety, and observe the following rules; • Carry a form of communication with you (Mobile phone). • Avoid stopping in isolated places for a break/rest stop. • Never pick anyone up along the road. • Report to reception (if any) or the client on arrival at the client’s premises. • Exercise caution and leave the client’s premises if you feel you are in an unsafe environment. • If you are involved in a workplace incident such as a traffic accident or have been verbally abused by a client, inform your manager or supervisor immediately by telephone. As soon as possible after the visit, complete an Incident Report and hand the completed Incident Report to your manager or supervisor. Computer use, Internet and Email Policy If HRS provides you with a work computer you must comply with this policy. Manufacturer Guidelines: You must use our computers in accordance with standard operating guidelines provided by the manufacturer. You must not perform any action or omit to perform any action that will in any way harm or place at risk HRS computers, software programs or information files. Internet & Email – Work Use: You are permitted to use the Internet and e - mail for purposes directly related to your employment with HRS You are responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the electronic mail system by using only the standard e - mail software. You are advised that computer system records may be audited from time to time to ensure compliance with this policy. Internet & Email - Personal Use: You are permitted to use the Internet and e - mail for personal purposes, provided that use is restricted to attending to family and personal responsibilities and provided that the time taken for personal use does not detract you from performin g your duties or any co - worker from performing their duties. Personal use of Internet and e - mail is a privilege not a right, and can therefore be revoked at any time. Personal Internet and e - mail use is subject to the same audit and monitoring as employme nt related use.
